JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Reporting to the Managing Director of Indonesia, you will lead our Business Development team and be responsible for our Business Development work in our marketspace. You will be responsible for:

 

Acquiring new clients

 

• Lead our bidding work for incoming requests

• Lead our work to find new business opportunities within and outside our existing portfolio

• Use our USP’s to generate leads, work with prospects, and shape deals towards closing

 

People Management

 

• Identify, setup and lead bidding teams with winning strategy and content

• Lead and Coach a team of Business Development Managers to commercial success

• Effective relationship and integration across the departments and the other offices

 

Client Advisory

 

• Advise clients on digital marketing strategy as part of the sales process

• Constantly challenging and questioning marketing strategy, pushing boundaries to do better
