JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

• The main point of contact for project status; support the project manager and team for all topics related to project management

• Work with the project manager, project work stream leads to gather information about the project status

• Establish and track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions and budget

• Gather actions from multiple sources and track them to completion

• Support overall project and work stream planning and the execution of the project plan

• Establish, and ensure adherence to, appropriate project governance

• Interact directly with external clients to gather information and clearly communicate status

 

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

 

• University degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project-based environment

• Experience in managing IT or banking projects is preferred

• Familiar with project management and system implementation lifecycle methodologies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

• Strong team player with good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.

• A proactive approach to work and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Willingness to work at client premises locally and potentially abroad on long-term projects

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be desired.

• PMP certification and Experience with Microsoft Planner would be an asset
