JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Develop new clientele by networking and prospecting to generate lists of potential client leads and attract new clients via telesales.

  • Sell various types of investments and insurance policies to businesses and individuals - Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of the various products.

  • Be a support function for your Wealth Manager to service existing client bank. Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling existing policy queries.

  • Attend client meetings to gain direct exposure to the industry and support career progression into a consultant.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Candidates must have a degree qualification, business development / sales experience and previous exposure to financial services. This is a challenging and fast-paced role so candidates will need to be self-motivated and determined to develop their career in private wealth management.

 

OFFER / PACKAGE:

 

  • Associates will be offered SGD $2,500 / month with 1 year progression into an advisor.

  • Extensive training on platforms, products, sales and online materials including Foundation Training to Skillsets Development, Business Specialization to Management Training.

  • 10% gross commissions from each case which will be allocated as part of your business for when you progress into a consultant.
