My client is a FinTech startup which specializes in providing Robo-Advisory solutions for banks, insurance companies and non-financial industries like Telcos & E-Commerce. Leveraging on deep learning technologies, we believe that we can change the way people save, invest and manage their wealth.


Founded in 2016, we have attained multiple accolades and expanded rapidly. We won the award for Best Early Stage Startup at FinTech Finals 2017, named a finalist in the SuperCharger 2.0 Accelerator program, and picked by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund as one of the top 3 FinTech Startups at Jumpstarter 2017. Additionally, we launched Singapore’s first Robo-Advisory platform for
Crossbridge Capital, a global wealth management firm.


We believe wealth management should be made easily accessible by delivering great products that provide beautiful user journeys and experiences. We don’t just want to make it simpler, we want to redefine the entire way wealth services are delivered. We are looking for a UI/UX designer who has the vision and the talent to take up this challenge. You will be given full creative autonomy, leading the project’s design decision, working closely with our team of developers to make your vision a reality.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Work closely with Product Development team to determine product’s functionalities

  • Research, plan, and produce holistic concepts and specification that optimize user experience

  • Create wireframes and rapid prototypes

  • Conduct usability testing and user research to elicit feedback from users during the course of design and development

  • Inspiring clients and the team with your outstanding design

  • Well versed and highly passionate about design and new technology

 

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in designing User Experiences

  • Able to understand user’s needs before they do

  • Perfectionist when it comes to design (If that 1px misalignment irritates you, we want you)

  • User Research skill set will be a plus

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a bonus

  • Your degree is unimportant, just show us what you have done and can do for us​
